1

Each teacher talks briefly about a problem recently encountered or shares a success story.

Teachers whose problems were discussed at the last meeting provide a follow-up report.

Two or three teachers volunteer to briefly present a problem to the group.

The group engages in problem solving the issue presented.

The facilitator asks the teachers to write a brief evaluation of the meeting.
