What is the Conflict Resolution Method (CRM)?

When mentoring our pre-service and in-service teachers we need to describe and model both research-based and clinically tested best practices. Accordingly, our mentees should know about the Conflict Resolution Method, a seven step procedure to reconcile differences between two people (e.g. a teacher and a student). See the CRM at the top of this post.
