Madeline Hunter's Five Different Types of Post-Observation Feedback Conferences

In the previous posts we have described four different approaches to conducting the pre-observation or planning conference. Similarly, based on the developmental needs, and professional stage of the mentee there are at least five different approaches or types of post-observation feedback conferences. *Madeline Hunter (1989 ) identified them as follows:

1. The Mentor Constructive Negative and Corrective Feedback Conference

2. The Mentee Constructive Negative and Corrective Feedback Conference

3. The Mentor Constructive Positive Feedback Conference

4. The Brainstorming Conference

5. The Enhancement Conference

On the next post we will explore the Mentor Constructive Negative and Corrective Feedback Conference.
